Since 2011, Lithium in South America has been the stage where that transformation is discussed firsthand. ### The first event of its kind **born in the region.** Lithium in South America was born in 2011, when Argentine lithium was taking its first steps as an industry. Since then, **Panorama Minero**, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026, has held the International Seminar every year in the very territory where the projects take place: with a rotating venue across **Salta, Jujuy and Catamarca**, the three provinces that concentrate the country's largest lithium resources and operations.
